Chocolate cake in the mug (microwave)

Hi.. This is the first time i bake a small cake by using microwave. This was 3 months ago..never thought that the microwave would suitable for baking,.. Well here it is.. Turn out so beautifully.. Since then,.. Walaaaa.. Another after another..

Chocolate cake recipe

Ingredients
4 tblspoon all-purpose flour
4 tblspoon sugar
3 tblspoon unsweeted cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 egg
4 tblspoon whole milk
4 tblspoon vegetable oil

Steps..
1. Combine all the ingredients and mix well. 
2. Pour into a mug.
3. Microwave for 3 mins ( u can see the cake rises above the mug)
4. Lets cool for 2 min and garnish with desired toppings ( whipped cream or ice creams)




Chocolate cookies

Hello again.. Such a silent night.. Lets bake something😍

Craving for something sweeeeet.. 

This is super simple recipe by using microwave only.. Yeap.. Microwave only.

Prep time : 5min

Ingredients
1 tblspoon salted melted butter
1 tblspoon white sugar
1 tblspoon brown sugar
1 egg yolk
3 tblspoon flour

Additional 
Chocolate chips or chocolate syrups ( i'm using chocolate syrups😋)

Steps..
1. Mix all the ingredients well.
2. Make a round shape and press down to make it become about 20cent size
3. Microwave for 1.5 to 2 min. 
Enjoy!!

No bake cheesecake❤

Hi..hi..hi..

Today i try another youtube recipe..No Bake Cheesecake..all the ingredients is available at Cold Storage Sogo, KL.
The step is so easy,.. Take about 5 min for preparation and set to fridge for 3hrs.. Walaaaa.. Its done!

The recipe is..
 250g mascapone cream cheese (1 packet)
200g sour cream (1 packet)
1 teaspoon essence vanilla
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tblspoon white sugar 

For the base
12 pcs digestive crackers 
Half block unsalted butter (melted)
2 tblspoon brown sugar

Steps..(for base)
1. Reduce the crackers into crumbs. 
2. Add brown sugar and melted butter together with the crumbs until even.
3. Pour in the mix in the baking tray. Spread evenly with a spoon. Keep in fridge for 30min.

Step 2..
1. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, essence vanilla, lemon juice and white sugar together.
2. Whip the ingredient until firm using medium speed.

Finally..
1. When the filling is ready, pour into the base. Spread evenly. 
2. Refrigerate atleast 3 hours.

P/s.. U can decorate anyway you like😘
